Do you offer your services across the uk?

Yes absolutely, our army of professionals and great logistics network enable us to operate our services throughout the UK and beyond.

 

What type of venues do you work in?

Our services can be delivered  in all types of venues, some include, hotels, marquees, stately homes, landmark locations, garden parties and of course exhibition halls and client office’s.

 

We are hosting a corporate event - Whats the process?

Once the booking is confirmed your dedicated event manager will contact the company’s marketing department and go through the plans. At this point we will also involve your dedicated event management company as they will have the answers to most of the logistical questions. If you have not hired an event management agency our team will work directly with the venue and all related suppliers.

 

What are your packages made up of?

Most of our clients prefer a bespoke package that is tailored around there requirements, style and budget. However we do offer packages that you can choose from. - Please contact us for more information.

 

What separates The Cocktail Shack, from other suppliers?

Our directors have a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry and have been running successful hospitality businesses for over 15 years. The team make an event - we have a dedicated recruitment team who handpick and train all our team members, not forgetting the sheer attention to detail and passion we all have for events. 

 

How will you communicate with my chosen venue?

If your chosen venue is somewhere we have not worked before we tend to do a site visit. Your dedicated event manager will liaise with the venue in relation to all logistics, operational points including sharing crucial information such as health and safety, public liability, risk assessments and method statements.

 

How can we make our event more memorable?

We offer a range of add on services which come under our  special touches, these include bespoke printed ice cubes, branded tags, fruit infused ice and many more fun and entertaining concepts. - Your dedicated event manager will go through all the options.

 

Do you only do cocktails?

We offer a range of beverage services under our brand, these services include non alcoholic cocktail bars, full bar supply service including unlimited drinks packages, spirits, wines and beers, juice and smoothie bars.

 

How much would a cocktail bar cost me?

All packages vary depending on guest numbers, timings, service style etc. However our introductory Cocktail Bar starts at £600.

 

How do I move forward with booking?

There are two ways of communication with us, you can fill in the online enquiry form, but the most quickest will be too drop us a call. We will assign a dedicated event manager to you and they will be the point of contact throughout the event planning. Once your booking is confirmed the Fun Starts!!!
